FINAL AUCTION OF 2009 REALISES AROUND £6M

Bigwood's final property auction of 2009 realised around £6 million, with more than 70 per cent of the lots sold on the day.

The sale at Villa Park saw more than 90 lots offered, with many selling for well above their guide price.

The auction brought 2009 to a successful conclusion for the firm, which sold properties worth £40 million during the year.
